Yes, I suppose you can lose an awful lot of fat if you only eat beans and egg whites with some protein in there too. Nobody will want to be around you but you'll be skinny. The trade off for his one day of bingeing (besides a huge belly ache)? 5 minutes of squats and pushups before and after you eat anything. When did good health and well-being become punishment? Really disappointed. Two stars because some of the exercises in here were interesting, but not at speed before I eat pizza!
