Skip this one if you are looking for a revolutionary new diet... this is just the same old low-carb Paleo garbage. It doesn't work if you are any kind of vegetarian, which in my mind it seems like a plant-based diet is way healthier in the long run than stuffing your gullet with greasy meat 3 meals a day. The workout section didn't inspire me either, except that I had never thought about using kettlebells before.
And is it just me, or does the section on sex and the female orgasm seem random and out of place, and even a little bit creepy?
