7/24/12: UPDATE: I have gone from the 4 hour body plan to Paleo eating plan. To date, I have lost 29 lbs total. This is a great book for those who need to jump-start their weight loss but dont want to starve in order to do it! I highly recommend this eating plan to help get the first 10-15 lbs off, and then adapting a grain/sugar/dairy-free lifestyle.

This book should really be 3-4 different books. It is HUGE! That being said, the number of pages to help with weight loss is less than 100 pages.

I have been doing this diet for 3 days, and so far, I have lost 5 lbs. The first few days, I thought that the meals would be bland at best. I have already found some meals that I absolutely love on this plan.

I will try this way of eating for a month, and determine from there where I would like to go (most likely a more vegetarian-type diet).

People have been very sceptical when I inform them about what I am doing; however, it really isnt as bad as it seems. I am NEVER hungry, which helps me not to even crave sugar or carbs. I am a true, carb-o-holic! And my favorite food is ice cream!

After trying to count calories for over 15 years, this diet has worked well for me. Again, I will most likely start incorporating fruit and some carbs and balance it with exercise, but for now, this is working great!
