This book is about a girl, Piper, that is going to a prestigious school in Washington DC on a journalism scholarship. There are the kids of FBI agents, government officials, and ambassadors that go here. As soon as Piper gets out of the car, she slips on ice and then meets Rafael. He is the son of the Spanish ambassador. Piper becomes friends with him, but uses him to write a report to get the Bennington award so Piper can go to Columbia university.
I would recommend this book. It is funny seeing Piper with Rafael, and the extent she goes to get information for her report.
