I feel that this book is totally redundant. It's all been said before and in much better ways. For me even the recipes are nothing special. Glad I didn't buy it!

For me this was not new information. It basically confirmed everything i read in other fitness books: avoid processed foods with an abundance of sugar and sodium calories that pose a problem to sucessful fitness and overall health. In addition, reducing portion sizes is critical because as a nation, we are really eating too much for our livers to process.
I really like how this author went into detail and provided a step-by-step plan for everyday on this diet. it is an accelerated diet but can be maintained if simple rules are adhered to. The book was also easy to read, and not overwhelming. I gained confidence to stick to eating real foods and eliminate nearly all processed foods from my diet ( made up mind!)
