Add a CommentKiyosaki should be glad I'm an "A" student; because that is the only reason I persevered with his somewhat repetitive book.
What he says is for the most part true but not all of it is "doable."Leveraging money to buy Real Estate sounds great but if the purchased property does not get rented, far from being passive income it'll become a liabilty. An interecting read but with some caution.
