Have done dance workouts before but unless you are in super fit condition do not do this one. Has not much of a warm up very intense workout and no cool down at all or stretches. So you must have a very good knowledge of stretches. Be careful on this one. You can actually hurt yourself.

I've not watched "Dancing with the stars" so I am not going to comment on the show or be prejudice against it. My review/or comment is solely for this workout alone. Dancing was never my strong point but I decided to incorporate some cardio into my workout regime. I gave this DVD a chance. The warmup seemed alright but then the first actual workout segment just seemed unappealing. I was not taken to any of the moves, especially when they were repeated so I just gave up because it seemed like a sleeper to me. Some people, particularly fans of the show, may appreciate this DVD a lot more.
