As a vegan, this book really didn't work for me.

amazing information.if wanting to know about how the body works. detailed and very informative also easy to understand. not a gimmick either, nothing needs to be bought, simple advise on how to gain/lose weight. info on vegan, vegetarian, diabetic type 1/2 on eating.
