I was pleased and surprised to find some Agatha Christie stories that didn't depend on someone being murdered. "The Girl in the Train" was actually delightful I could identify with the young man bumbling his way through an adventure with hopes of winning the girl. I wonder if Agatha Christie could write murder mysteries in a world with so much scientific investigation skills as we have. In her day we had read real people. in ours we have test tubes and scientists, but not real people.

Lovely old collection of Agatha Christie short stories. While some are better than others, all are well acted and totally Christie.

This is a great collection. I can't wait to see the episodes in the second set. I consider the second, third, and fifth episodes (of Set 1) to be the best ones. I wasn't sure if I'd like these episodes, but they were great- well acted and well scripted!
