Yoga for Stress Relief & Flexibility

These two rejuvenating yoga programs, filmed in a tranquil garden overlooking the Pacific Ocean, can help undo the physical and mental effects of tension. The stress relief sequence uses the breath, longer holds, and forward bends to encourage the body's relaxation response. The flexibility sequence uses simple but effective flowing vinyasas to enhance agility, alleviate pain, cultivate a greater free range of movement, and reduce risk of future injury.

Loved it specially the stress relief yoga part

I loved this DVD. In fact I bought myself a copy.
I am active and not recovering from any injuries or surgery. I found the flexibility part of the program was a controlled stretch and the reminder to make mindfulness part of my flexibility is important. The voice over was much better than most DVD instructors.
I'm over 70 so youth is not necessary.

As a fit 50-something, I was looking for a yoga tape to help with my flexibility. This DVD should actually be renamed Yoga for the Already Flexible. It offered no build up for those who might struggle to do the poses, no advice on how to modify poses until you ARE flexible enough to do what the instructor is doing. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this DVD.
