I honestly did not enjoy this book at all. All of the "experience" from past bridesmaids and brides are extremely dated (even when you go in knowing the book was published in 2009). I don't believe they were members, as their anecdotes sound like the weddings happened in the 90s.
If you want to stress yourself out, and feel stupid - then go ahead and read this. Any bride that expects this much from you though, likely isn't much of a friend.
