Marginally interesting entry about a struggling writer who signs on with a male escort service to support his wife & kid. Loved the film’s few good one-liners & how the plot built to its climax, but was bored silly by its other script problems & trite denouement. James Coburn shines in his performance (one of his last) as a once-great dying novelist, while Mick Jagger seems born to play the agency's head pimp, in which role he looks appropriately dandyish.
