Events › Reading the Land

This two-part creative writing workshop led by local poet Elaine Ries (B.A.), invites people into a space of deeper connection with the lands they inhabit. The first session explores how people can engage with the land through creative writing. Between sessions participants are encouraged to visit a piece of land they love and to write their own poetry there. In the second session, participants will have the option to share and discuss their writing and experiences with one another. This workshop is in partnership with the Writing the Land project.
